02

IFS is based on the premise that through understanding, supporting, and integrating parts of your history and personality, you can heal and experience your whole self.

IFS can help you access your embodied wisdom, heal relational wounds, and express your hidden gifts to live a more connected, meaningful life.

"You can become your own healer -- the special person your vulnerable parts have been waiting for." -Richard Schwartz

Who is this for?

You’re someone who is inspired by the idea of learning about yourself and you believe that your story deserves the dignity of deep listening. You’ve been to therapy before and need something to continue that process of accountability and transformation, but feel like you’ve outgrown therapy. You’re in the post-traumatic growth stage of trauma recovery: you’re building resilience and integrating lessons, but your stuff still comes up (welcome).

You’re a couple who craves an intentional container to go deep together but nothing feels “wrong in the relationship enough for therapy.” Maybe you’re engaged and looking to explore your dynamic before you officialize your next step, or you’re a committed couple who has shared traumas from your history that you’ve never quite disentangled, but suspect are affecting you now. You care about your connection and want to immerse yourself in a container and template for transformative love.

You’re a creative who wants to clarify your gifts, discover more range in your expression, and integrate the parts of you that are showing up in your creative work. You’re experiencing some type of block in your creative process or something raw, ancient, and important has been unearthed in your work. You instinctively know and trust that what your work is revealing to you needs intentional holding beyond the tangible practice of your craft.

You’re a fellow helping professional who needs to fill the cup from which you pour into others. You want to clarify your purpose with a facilitator who deeply respects and understands the complexity of the work you do. You know that your relationship to you affects the relationships you show up for, and you want to deepen this inner relationship to serve others.
